You'd be best of using the admincommands though, as its far easier. You may be able to run the server with an argument that runs destroywilddinos upon startup, but I've never messed around with home hosted ones or really arguments. There's a setting to wipe dinos after certain time. And then there's also the setting to wipe dinos on server start.

Ark's wild dino spawns are controlled by 2 settings. There's difficulty, which is set to 1.0 on the official network and the difficulty offset, which is the wild dino level multiplier, set to 5.0 on the official network. When difficulty is 1.0 and offset is 5.0, you get dinos spawning in intervals of 5. So 5, 10, 15 etc up to 150.
